The BabyCO is designed to help break the link between smoking and pregnancy. Measurements are easily obtained from a single expiration, and the results are clearly displayed. Analysis of the expired breath will allow the results to be clearly displayed showing the mothers CO in parts per million and if desired the display will show the carbon monoxide levels in the foetus (%FCOHb). Suitable for use in all settings where exhaled carbon monoxide needs to be measured, but especially useful when used for smoking cessation during pregnancy by midwives and gyneacologists.
